Maybe...To realize this is the only body we were born, we must first learn to accept our self, within and without and to accept the all of others.

To simplify where to start, which character trait is appropriate for what age, or which child we have arranged an alphabetical order of good traits to ultimately build/stack to create the proper alignment and curvature of our spine, our backbone, ultimately our personality via the most necessary character traits that are missing in todays discussions.
