It took a ton of research
To be honest, it took a ton of research on the subject of happiness, first reading parenting books, then self-help books, then therapy concepts...but during all the research, the cliche yes, a lightbulb went off. We were first inspired by a bright yellow 'Happy-Face' planted on the center of a Time Magazine cover, the title -"Happiness", of which the contents covered from beginning to end. Oh so that's it? We all just need to be 'happy'! Well, case study after case study in this specialized Time issue by some of the worlds most prominent research universities and neuroscientists,
ended with a quote from the last page,
the last paragraph:
"There is much we do not know about the brain
and it's impact on our happiness, there is much more work
needed to be done on this subject,
or it just must have all to do with our PERSONALITY"

So we began to dig deeper into Happiness and the science of personality. Those who study this subject is vast! It's not a new subject, it was studied beginning as early as 300o BC, with Socraties, Platho and Aristotle...Imagine!!! However it is one, that requires, especially at this time in our world, to address today. The truth about who we are, the impact we have on ourself, eachother, on society and ultimately on the world. Since neuroscientists or neurosurgeons don't have the answer in this 21st century, we began from the beginning...studying the findings of these great scientists and philosophers and their theories of how the brain and the mind works....especially regarding our Happiness.
