How much does shipping cost?
BabySmart USA ships via UPS The United Postal Service. We will ship your Cooshee at the lowest price offered to our company and pass on any discounts. GROUND shipping is what we offer. If you would like your Cooshee shipped sooner, please contact customer service to request an earlier ship date.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
The timeframe to receive a product is estimated according to GROUND shipping which is approximately 4-7 days. Our warehouse is centrally located in MO, so most orders will ship out within 24 hours and be received within 5 days or sooner not including weekends.
Will I receive all my products at the same time?
When you purchase multiple products from BabySmart then yes, you should receive your entire order in one shipment.
How do I know when my products have shipped?
You will receive an email notification with tracking information from UPS once your product label has been processed. You will receive a second email once your Cooshee has shipped. You may then track your package via the tracking number provided.
Can I ship something outside of the US?
Yes. We want to send all of our great products everywhere so we can ship both within the contiguous 48 states
and to Canada and a few other international locations via our website and the rest of the world we will work on getting you a "great-rate". So, for all areas out of this territory please call or email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with your product of choice and provide your full shipping address including zip codes. We will then send you a quote and an invoice you may pay online via PayPal or using any other form of credit card. Or your may call us at 1.800.756.5590. Email is preferred since it take a little time to get the quote and we don't want to keep you hanging on the phone.
BabySmart® USA will accept returns within 30 days from the day you receive your order. Most products can be returned for the full purchase price, less the cost for shipping and handling. If items arrive damaged or an error has occurred in fulfilling your order, we will refund the shipping cost. When returning items to BabySmart®USA, shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Products must be undamaged and in original packaging. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refund.
Exchanges: Be certain of your color choice, since we do accept exchanges when you ship back your Cooshee
via the Postal Service. However there will be a new charge to ship your replacement color.
A return explanation is needed to process your return. Please link into our contact-form to explain the nature of your concern. Then, someone from our customer service team will review your information and contact you. If you have a complaint and would like to send us an image, there is an area on this form for you to download your images.
Please mark the outside of the box containing the items you want to return with the words RETURN.
We highly recommend that you return your merchandise via UPS or FedEx. In the event that your package is lost, these carriers will be able to assist you in tracking it.
BabySmart USA offers a full warranty on all of our products. We guarantee it to be free from any manufacturing defects. Please note the underside of the product will always have some nubs, or If you are not 100% pleased you may return your product for a full refund, less the cost for shipping and handling.
Registration Cards: Your product will be warrantied if you purchase your Cooshee directly from our website. No need to send in a registration card. Or if you would like, you may register your Cooshee using our online registration form. When you register online please DO NOT send in your registration card. Keep that for your records. Please conserve, we prefer you register online, this way your automatically registerd in our system and it helps us conserve.
